The Canadian Association of Tire Recycling Agencies is pleased to announce the admission of eTracks Tire Management Systems as the new CATRA Member for the province of Ontario.

With new legislation implemented in Ontario under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016 (RRCEA), eTracks and other new organizations have emerged to replace Ontario Tire Stewardship, the previous manager of Ontario’s scrap tire program and former CATRA Member.  To date, there are six new Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs) registered with Ontario’s Resource Productivity Recovery Authority (RPRA) - eTracks is the  largest PRO and is working with leading tire manufacturers and an extensive network of service providers to create a sustainable tire management system in the province of Ontario.

Incorporated by the Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC), eTracks works with its customers to responsibly manage and recycle end-of-life tires and help them meet their legislative obligations under the RRCEA.

CATRA looks forward to working with eTracks as the full Member for Ontario, and potentially with other Ontario PROs as Affiliate members.
